Full-Process Quality Control
- Incoming inspection on every coil of raw material, with mill certificates on file.
- First-article inspection by projector and CMM before each production run.
- In-process patrol checks every 2 hours on all critical dimensions.
- Final 100% or AQL sampling inspection before packing; every batch fully traceable.
Progressive dies are built to +/-0.004 mm cavity accuracy; mass production tolerance is held at +/-0.01-0.02 mm depending on part structure, material thickness and process difficulty. We confirm the achievable tolerance during DFM review - before you pay for tooling.
There is no hard MOQ. We regularly run pilot batches of a few thousand pieces for validation, and scale to millions per month. Die cost can be amortized into the unit price for long-term programs.
Standard sampling takes 1-3 days for soft tooling or 3-5 days after a production die trial. Die building itself takes 5-15 days depending on complexity.
Yes - tin, nickel and silver plating, passivation, plus custom reel/tape or tray packaging suitable for automated assembly and long sea freight.
